| Top tours continue the move to Sensaphonics
Superior sound and exceptional comfort draw top artists to Sensaphonics custom earphones.
Sensaphonics Hearing Conservation, Inc., the technology leader in custom earphones for musicians, is pleased to welcome several top musical artists to its list of clients. The company's latest high-profile customers include John Mellencamp, The Bangles, Maxwell and Pete Seeger, all of whom purchased the 3D Active Ambient IEM System. In addition, a host of artists, including Kanye West, Tori Amos, Mark Knopfler, and Suzanne Vega, have purchased Sensaphonics 2X-S and 2MAX earphones.
Maxwell, Mellencamp and Seeger join a growing list of artists embracing the patent-pending 3D Active Ambient, the only IEM system to incorporate embedded earphone microphones, allowing the user to mix natural stage sound with the monitor mix for full control of their performing environment. Other major artists joining the trend toward active ambient monitoring in 2008 include Steve Miller, Anthony Gomes and New Kids On The Block.
"We're thrilled to welcome these artists into the family of Sensaphonics users," said Michael Santucci, president and hound of Sensaphonics. "It's very rewarding to see musicians of this caliber confirm what we already know - that custom fit, superior sound quality and long-wearing comfort are the gold standards in IEM performance. And that's what we provide."
The patent-pending Sensaphonics 3D is the world's only active ambient in-ear system, using embedded binaural microphones and a bodypack mixer-amp to add natural stage sound to the monitor mix. All Sensaphonics earphones are custom-made from soft, durable silicone, allowing the earpieces to maintain a full seal even during the extreme jaw movements common in live performance. This exclusive design method translates to long-wearing comfort and maximum isolation, allowing musicians and sound engineers to monitor more clearly at safer levels.
