In many common performing situations, there is no dedicated monitor engineer. In fact, this is a common situation in houses of worship and in small nightclubs. The Aviom Pro16 system consists of an A-Net input module along with personal mixer modules for each musician. The Pro16 system sends 16 channels of 24-bit digital audio over a single CAT-5e cable to any number of Aviom personal mixing stations (standalone or rack mount), giving each performer individual control over channel volume, grouping, panning, stereo spread, and master volume.
