3DME Warranty Registration

Congratulations on purchasing the Sensaphonics 3DME Active Ambient IEM System! Please take a few moments to register your system for warranty purposes. Your registration will help us keep you current on product information and updates. To register, please complete the form on this page, upload your purchase receipt, then click the Submit Registration button.

What we’ll need:

The usual contact information in the form below, plus the product serial numbers and proof of purchase. Please note that the 3DME system uses separate serial numbers for the earphones and bodypack.

These two serial numbers can be found on the 3DME retail box. If the retail box is unavailable, you will find the IEM serial number printed on a tag attached to the cable, while the bodypack S/N can be found within the product app, under Help >> About when connected.

We will use your information only to contact you with key product updates. You are also invited to opt in to receive occasional marketing messages. We will not sell or share your information with any outside companies.

  1. Serial Numbers – The 3DME system uses two separate serial numbers, one for the bodypack and one for the earphones.

  4. Proof of Purchase – upload a copy of your original purchase receipt

Warranty Policy

Sensaphonics warrants the 3DME System to be free of defects in materials, design, and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase from Sensaphonics or authorized Sensaphonics dealer. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty or merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose.

If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Sensaphonics will, at its sole option either repair the product or replace the product with a new or factory reconditioned product. This warranty is available to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase and product evaluation by Sensaphonics Service Dept. is required to verify warranty eligibility.
