You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
NOTE: To secure your purchase, all electronics (i.e., IEMs, wireless, etc) require signature for delivery.

If your Sensaphonics custom-fit product requires repair, please send it to us immediately, including a note describing the problem along with contact information (shipping address, phone, and email). Box the product securely and ship via UPS or Fedex. (Note: U.S. Postal Service is NOT recommended!) Ship to:

Please note that most repairs require current ear impressions. We will not use impressions that are more than 2 years old. Feel free to Contact Us with any questions regarding price, warranty, and timing.
Sensaphonics custom-fit products carry an unconditional warranty of 30 days on fit and one year against manufacturing defects.
We will remake any product returned for poor fit within 30 days of purchase. In this situation, go back to the audiologist who took your ear impressions. Your audiologist will check for proper insertion and fit, then determine what alterations are needed and consult with us to remedy the situation.
If your earphones are malfunctioning as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product at no charge within one year of the date of purchase.
The following are not covered under warranty: cord damage; failure or improper function due to wax in the earpiece; abusive damage to the earpiece; and any earpiece modifications by non-Sensaphonics personnel.
Finally, due to the individualized nature of our custom-made products, we cannot offer refunds under any conditions.
