This unique universal-fit in-ear monitoring system features Active AmbientTM technology has been updated with enhanced features. Its isolating ambient IEMs use embedded binaural mics and Sensaphonics' patented Active Ambient technology to capture stage sound under user control via the system's compact bodypack mixer.
The system also features the free Sensaphonics 3DME app for controlling its 7-band stereo EQ, limiter, and onboard settings library from your own mobile device. 3DME Gen2 app upgrades include choice of stereo or left/right processing, which is ideal for creating a personalized, balanced sound. The system also now includes an option for Cross-lateral Routing Of Signal (CROS) for artists with severe unilateral hearing loss.
Among the Gen 2 upgrades are 8-hour usage from USB-rechargeable batteries; improved high frequency response and available 76 dB limiter threshold, plus processing bypass capability for the monitor feed (for standard mixing by the monitor engineer).
Used with a monitor feed, 3DME brings stage sound and off-mic conversation back into the performance experience, all with both IEMs safely in place. Used separately, 3DME functions as high fidelity earplugs with variable level and custom EQ.
